Events4Change (E4C) is a new, dynamic, multi-media events company supporting a number of local, national and international environmental and social justice charities and campaigns.
E4C also seeks to help companies meet their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) obligations by co-creating and managing ethical and sustainable events that have true value on any balance sheet.
E4C was born out of an alliance between various forward thinking organisations with expertise ranging across all aspects of sustainable / educational events production and promotion, arts and artists management, sustainable energy, technology, and development, fundraising and networking within the charity and not-for-profit sector.
E4C is a social enterprise providing outsourced event production and promotion services to anyone making a positive change in the world. This may be a third-sector non-profit organisation such as a charity or NGO looking to host an event to raise public profile, awareness, or funding. It may be a professional event organiser wishing to add some cool edutainment to their festival or club. Or it may be commercial company wanting to launch an ethical or environmentally sustainable product. Whatever the remit, E4C is able to provide the management, resources, artists, equipment, services and know-how need for a uniquely successful show.
With our planet getting closer to a state of crisis state, and the human spirit being dampened by hedonism and consumerism, it is now vital that change and options for change are introduced rapidly. For this to happen, the voices of those who offer constructive solutions and offers for change have to be heard louder and clearer than ever before and introduced in all aspects of society.
E4C sets out to support this progressive movement by providing Non Governmental Organisations, Charities, and Ethical Businesses, with new, creative ways to reach young people in particular, through the use of multimedia, installations, artistic performances, and the production of both large and small scale musical and cultural events. By doing this we aim to further the presence of an educational dimension in the world of arts and entertainment and harness the power of their collective influence to promote positive, progressive thinking especially in the young part of society that contains the hope for the future of our planet.
NGO’s that have already benefitted from E4C’s insights into conscious, ethical and sustainable events include Ecoshelter, Greenpeace, Oxfam, Trees for Cities, SPEAK International, Campaign Against Climate Change, Peace Not War, NSPCC, No2ID, Rising Tide and many others.
